Colour: Bright ruby red.
Aroma: Pleasant and lasting, fresh and fruity with notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, and a floral note of violets.
Flavour: Decisive and round, well structured, with soft and sweet tannins that envelop the palate.
Pairings: Goes well with starters of cured meats, roasts, grilled red meats and poultry, medium aged cheese. Serve at 16-18° C.
